Why should I use Cooleaf?

What is a Provider?

A Provider is any business that offers health and wellness services to consumers such as fitness centers, yoga studios, personal trainers, acupuncturist, etc…

What is a Program?

Programs can be things like group fitness or yoga classes but they can also be specialized programs that Providers can create. So, for example, a personal trainer might create a 6 week program for people interested in bulking up prior to the beach season.

How do I sign up for Cooleaf?

You may sign up directly by selecting the Join link in the upper right corner on Cooleaf home page. You will also be prompted to sign up when you select to enroll into a program.

How do I purchase and enroll into a program on Cooleaf?

Search by a keyword, location, or popular category to locate a program that you are interested participating in and select to enroll. Follow the online shopping cart to enter the participant and billing information to complete the purchase. Once you complete the purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions for your program with a confirmation number.

What forms of payment does Cooleaf accept?

Cooleaf accepts all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover.

What happens after I purchase a program or class through Cooleaf?

You will receive instructions on your enrollment confirmation that are specific to the program you purchased. The instructions will let you know of any specific information needed for a program (e.g. if you need to contact the Provider prior to the program or if you can just show up)

Who may I contact if I have a problem enrolling into a program on Cooleaf?

Do I need to be a member of the particular Health Club, Yoga Studio, etc to use Cooleaf?

Absolutely not. Our goal at Cooleaf is to ensure that everyone has access to create their schedule of health classes/programs in the way that fits their particular schedule and budget. Unless specifically noted, all programs are available to anyone.

Why would I use Cooleaf if I’m already a member of a Health Club?

Cooleaf can supplement what is offered through your membership with programs and classes that you might not find at your current Health Club.

How do rewards work on Cooleaf?

Just like a rewards credit card, every purchase of classes/programs on Cooleaf earns you reward points. You can use these reward points for merchandise, gift cards, charitable contributions, and (soon) other programs and classes on Cooleaf itself.

How reputable are the Providers that have program listings on Cooleaf?

Cooleaf chooses it’s Provider network very carefully. Only Providers with stellar reputations (determined by user reviews and referrals) will be invited to join the Cooleaf network. If we find that a particular program/class is being rated poorly by customers, we will take corrective action to ensure that this program is improved or removed from the Cooleaf platform.

How do I sell my programs and classes on Cooleaf?

Once I’ve joined the Cooleaf network as a Provider, how will I know once I’ve sold my programs/classes on Cooleaf?

You will receive an e-mail notification any time one of your programs are sold on Cooleaf. In addition, Cooleaf will send monthly reports to Providers of all program sales that occurred through Cooleaf.

How does Cooleaf pay Providers?

Cooleaf issues payment to Providers on a monthly basis based on their Programs that have sold. Payment comes in check form and will soon be available through an ACH direct deposit option so you can get paid quicker.

What if I decide to discontinue listing a program or class on Cooleaf?

As a Provider, you are not locked into a contract with Cooleaf so you may choose discontinue your programs and classes being listed on Cooleaf at any time.

How does Cooleaf work as a corporate wellness solution?

In the near future, Cooleaf will be available for Employers interested in offering a more flexible wellness platform for their Employees. Employers will be able to fund their Employees (on an annual, monthly, etc basis) and allow their Employees to use these funds for any of Cooleaf’s available programs and classes. If Employees are to leave an Employer, they can take their accrued reward points with them and continue to use Cooleaf to purchase programs and classes of their choice.
